8:30-10:30 Classroom Time
free choice activities: puzzles, sensory table, arts and crafts
breakfast with books on tape
morning circle with songs and yoga

 
10:30-11:30 Outside Time
free play gross motor time: digging, sliding, swinging, running, throwing
visiting and feeding the animals in the barn
hiking up into the woods
filling bird feeders
 

11:30-12:00 Kitchen Time
color mixing at water table
final lunch preparations: chopping, stirring, mashing
 

12:00-1:00 Lunch Time/Cleanup
children practice pouring and spooning as they serve themselves
learning grace and courtesy when asking for more food
children scrape their own plates in compost(or goat, chicken, or worm bin), wash their dishes, dry and   put away
 
1-1:30 Story Time
looking at books independently
each child choses one book for read-aloud 
 
1:30-3:00 Nap Time
set up nap mats
darken room
sing chants and blessings
listen to quiet music, relax, fall asleep
 
3:00- 3:30 Wake up and get ready to go home
